In association with a leading international software provider, we have designed a web-enabled procurement and workflow management system for permanent, temporary and contract recruitment. This leading edge product is known as HaysWorkflow, based on a web-enabled version of a market-leading recruitment software database, further developed by Hays Personnel Solutions' process and IT design team.
The system automatically records, and comprehensively reports on, all permanent and temporary recruitment activity with multiple suppliers.
HaysWorkflow (HWF) is a flexible workflow management tool, reducing administration for end users while facilitating overall corporate strategy regarding e-procurement, cost and quality. It has significant operational advantages over similar systems, including:
