As a result of recent corporate activity Bathurst is in a position to expedite the development of an underground coal mine within recently acquired tenements. Bathurst is seeking a suitably qualified Underground Manager to lead the development of this key asset.
As the Underground Mine Manager you will create a work environment that encourages and motivates those around you with the key focus to achieve the most proficient outcome for your people and the company. Being no stranger to providing leadership, you will be responsible for meeting safety, production and cost targets, through your dedication to ensuring KPI‘s are achieved and creating a strong foundation of teamwork.
Expressions of interest are sought from seasoned mining professionals with proven operating skills and a history of developing new operations. The preferred candidate will have the required certifications to act as the statutory underground mine manager for the project.
