Our client is a leading provider of software solutions to the Healthcare Industry. They are currently seeking a stand out customer support liaison to come on board.
This role will involve receiving inbound phone calls, emails and faxes from existing and new customers within the Healthcare Industry in New Zealand. You will also be assisting customer with training support in terms of the company's product range, managing and updating data accurately and efficiently and also supporting the team internally across the board.
The successful candidate will ideally have knowledge or experience in the medical or healthcare industries. Necessary for this role is proven contact centre or phone based customer service experience, excellent computer skills, clear communications skills and a professional, customer focussed phone manner. Our client is also seeking someone who is naturally motivated and energetic.
This role spans over business hours, and is paying between $38,000 – $45,000 based on experience.
