With an excellent reputation and increasing workflows, this Building Consultancy has a need for two building surveyors to work on a contract basis in Auckland, however given the current situation in Christchurch, there may be options in the South Island.
With a preference for Chartered Building Surveyors (RICS, CIOB etc) our client is not known for cutting corners and conducts their business in an ethical and respected manner. Given this fact they are a first point of call for clients thus creating a strong flow of quality projects.
As the ideal candidate, you will demonstrate the ability to identify/assess defects and instruct rectification, prepare schedules of condition, conduct full technical due diligence, pre purchase reports and development monitoring.
