Our client is a large Christchurch based company considered by their customers, competitors, employees and shareholder as the leaders in their field.
Due to the Canterbury earthquakes and winning numerous contracts there has been an increase in the amount of work, especially on the civil side.
This clients needs a Paving Supervisor to lead multiple roading crews in response to the Canterbury rebuild work.
You should have strong leadership and staff management skills as well as proven health and safety knowledge and experience.
You will need to have good planning and organisation ability and the ability to work alongside Project Managers to deliver projects
