Our client is a Christchurch owned company involved in civil contracting. Due to a increasing demand a vacancy for a Contracting Supervisor has arisen in the Civil Contracting Division.
Provide leadership within the Contracting Division.
You will work with the Contracting Manager and Finance Manager to ensure increased operational efficiency, cost control and customer service through improved pricing and cost measurement systems.
You will need to develop strong relationships with customers and identify new clients.
You will need to Reduce LTI’s each year to 50% of previous 12 months.
It is essential that you have practical industry based management experience with some financial understanding.
You will need experience with project supervision and pricing.
It would be ideal if you had at least 5 years experience in the construction industry and a background as a Estimator, Quantity Surveyor or Civil Engineer.
