Tō tūranga hou | Your new role

In this role, you will collaborate closely with Computer Vision Engineers to design, build, and maintain platforms that enable cutting-edge computer vision solutions. You will also be responsible for operating enterprise-grade systems in a hybrid cloud environment, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance. You will,

• Develop and maintain Internal Development Platforms (IDP), including CI/CD pipelines, Azure resources, and on-premises infrastructure.
• Build, operate, and monitor GitOps pipelines to orchestrate applications across high-availability, multi-cluster environments.
• Proactively monitor and troubleshoot platforms and applications using modern Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) tools such as Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, and Grafana (Loki, Tempo, Dashboards).
• Collaborate with external vendors to ensure smooth operation of Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (RHOCP) clusters.

Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed

• Linux expertise (preferably RHEL/Fedora/CentOS Stream) – 5+ years.

• Strong proficiency in Kubernetes; experience with Red Hat OpenShift is highly desirable – 3+ years.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services (DevOps, Pipelines, Container Registries, Key Vault) – 2+ years.

• Familiarity with CNCF projects such as Argo, Helm, Istio, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Strimzi, Rook, and Open Cluster Management.

• Solid understanding of computer networks.

• Knowledge of GPU computing with NVIDIA hardware is a plus.
