We are partnering with a well‑known global leader in technology and customer solutions to recruit a Customer Support Representative for their Christchurch-based support hub. This is a 6‑month fixed‑term contract with the potential to extend or transition into permanent employment.

About the Opportunity
You’ll join a multi-channel customer support team servicing both New Zealand and Australia. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same, with a balanced mix of phone, live chat, and email case management.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling up to 50 inbound customer calls per day
- Responding to multiple live chat enquiries
- Managing email cases end-to-end, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
- Supporting customers with troubleshooting, product queries and general assistance
- Using strong interpersonal skills to calm and de‑escalate frustrated customers
- Collaborating within a close-knit team that values positivity and support
- Opportunity to adopt their working hybrid model when you are established in the role: 3 days in office / 2 days from home
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills
- Previous experience in a high‑volume contact centre or customer service role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence in fast-paced, multitasking environments
- Ability to stay calm, think on your feet, and manage stressful interactions effectively

- Able to commit to the full 6‑month contract and/or looking for the opportunity to transition into permanent employment

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- You will be supporting customers across ANZ therefore working across different time zones
- You will have the flexibility to work between 8am – 8pm i.e. 8am – 4:30pm or 10:30am-7pm
