As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and growing key client relationships, driving revenue, and identifying strategic opportunities across a portfolio of large enterprise accounts.
Key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing and growing revenue across key client accounts, identifying short, medium, and long-term sales opportunities
  • Building and maintaining senior stakeholder relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to clients
  • Developing and presenting tailored solutions, aligning products and services to meet client strategic needs
  • Working cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes and maximise revenue opportunities
  • Leading client discussions, proposals, and negotiations to achieve commercial targets and strengthen partnerships

To be successful in this role, you will bring a strong background in account management within the telecommunications or technology sector, alongside the ability to manage senior client relationships.
You will ideally have:
  • Minimum 5 years' account management experience within the telecommunications industry or a related technology environment
  • Proven experience engaging with senior stakeholders and building long-term client partnerships
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and close revenue opportunities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities, work autonomously, and operate in a fast-paced environment
