We’re looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join a busy and fast-paced organisation on a temporary contract, providing hands-on support across the full HR remit.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident working autonomously, enjoys variety, and can quickly step in and add value in a demanding environment.

Tō tūranga hou | Your new role

• Developing and implementing HR policies, processes, and documentation
• Providing day-to-day HR advice and support to managers
• Managing employment relations matters end-to-end
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and workforce set-up
• Assisting with remuneration, performance, and engagement processes
• Contributing to project work and helping build fit-for-purpose HR frameworks
• Pitching in across all areas of HR as needed

• Has strong end-to-end generalist HR experience
• Is confident managing ER matters independently
• Has experience setting up or improving HR processes and policies
• Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable rolling up your sleeves
• Can quickly build relationships and hit the ground running
