Retail Assistant

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Sales Assistants to join our clients busy specialty food store.

This is a hands-on customer-facing role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment and takes pride in great service.
Both Full-Time and Part-Time roles available depending on your availability.

About the role:
You’ll be the face of the shop, helping customers, preparing and presenting products, weighing and counter sales while keeping the store looking clean and tidy.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing warm, helpful customer service
  • Handling sales and operating the till
  • Preparing, weighing, and packaging fresh products
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Restocking displays and assisting with daily shop tasks

About you
  • Friendly, positive attitude with good communication skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Comfortable working on your feet and using your hands
  • Able to follow food hygiene and safety standards
  • Previous retail or food-handling experience is an advantage, but not essential.
