My client is a leader in metal roofing, cladding, fencing, and rainwater products, supplying both residential and commercial projects across the region. My client is a trusted expert in the roofing industry, supplying metal roofing, cladding, fencing, and rainwater products to both residential and commercial projects.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and is keen to be involved in all aspects of branch operations, with a strong focus on sales. You’ll deliver excellent customer service, support day‑to‑day operations, and spend time out in the field promoting the business to both existing and new clients. No two days will be the same, and you’ll be part of a supportive and hardworking team based in beautiful Cromwell.

• Promote and sell products across the region to roofers, builders and designers
• Continue to build on existing customer relationships to understand future needs
• Be out in the field identifying new business opportunities
• Deliver exceptional customer service in-house with general enquiries and orders
• Assist with deliveries and manufacturing duties if required
• Ensure CRM is up-to-date and accurate with all client details and orders
• Work alongside a fantastic team, other NZ branches and suppliers
• Contribute to a high level of service both internal and external of the branch

• Strong sales acumen and skill set is required – ideally from the B&C channel
• Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Professional across both verbal and written communication
• Commitment to customer service delivery across all requirements of the role
• Minimum Class 1 full / clean drivers’ licence
• Physically fit and ability to get around building sites with ease (hands -on role)
