They are a medium-sized residential firm that mainly works on a range of bespoke high-end residential developments; new builds, multi-units, and terraced houses. The role

This team is now on the lookout for a talented architectural technician, designer, or graduate to join their residential team. You will be working across all project tasks, with a focus on your expertise, whether this be technical or design skills. Working on Revit, you will use your interpersonal skills and design capabilities to bring the clients' briefs to life.

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years of New Zealand experience

• Residential architecture background

• Revit proficiency (however, this company is also happy to train AutoCAD/ArchiCAD users)

• Collaborative and communicative mindset
