Based in the City Fringe, this Top 20 CA firm is a part of a global professional services group delivering nearly $5M in fees. My client is a Managing Partner with a team of 6 and fee base of $1.7M split across large international groups and national fashion boutiques.

Your new role
Reporting to the Managing Partner, your role will be to lead 4 accountants to deliver $1.2M in fees. You'll

• Create an environment of quiet productivity
• Allocate work throughout your team to ensure high quality delivery and keep your people learning
• Conduct technical reviews
• Be an escalation point for complex engagements and questions as required.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be an experienced BAS professional with

• Comprehensive financial accounting knowledge, preferably to IFRS standards
• Leadership experience, including evidence of delivering a budget and developing people
• The ability to commit to a 5-day work week in the office if required.
