Tō tūranga hou | Your new role

Working as a Recruitment Consultant, you will create meaningful relationships with clients and partner with them for their recruitment solutions. This may involve being in a boardroom pitching to large corporate organisations one day and then talking hiring strategies at the local coffee shop with a new start-up the next. You will have the autonomy for the full recruitment process which will involve;

• Building a diverse client network through business development and industry events
• Creating and managing sourcing strategies within your specialised sector
• Collaborating with your counterparts and with other teams in your office and across the New Zealand business

Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed

The right person for this role will already have had a successful career in recruitment and ideally have the following experience:

• 2+ years within recruitment, preference within a full 360 agency environment
• Experience with developing and growing client relationships
• Committed and confident in building partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
• Solution focussed, respectful and always looking to do the right thing for those you encounter
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
