As a Recruitment Consultant with us, you will find recruitment solutions for our clients and match candidates with their perfect employer. Creating new relationships through business development and networking within your market
Develop and execute effective candidate attraction strategies
Handling the full recruitment process from actively sourcing candidates, carrying out interviews through to shortlisting and onboarding
Collaborating with your counterparts and with other teams in your office and across New Zealand business

We hire based on potential and our people are diverse with many different backgrounds. Ideally you will have 2+ years’ experience in agency recruitment or a business-to-business sales orientated environment.
