This company is a locally based engineering consultancy that specialises in the civil and structural engineering of commercial and industrial buildings. The role


This role supports the company’s technical teams to deliver clients client's construction project requirements alongside supporting the general day-to-day administration requirements of the company.


- Production of project related documentation, technical reports, specifications, consultant advice notes, meeting minutes, project planning and delivery schedules
- Provide administration support to senior technical staff and SLT through report preparation, fee proposals, project documentation, diary management,
- Support company building consent application through lodgement and amendments
- Wider administrative duties including scanning, invoicing, archiving, meeting, and greeting clients in office and over the phone, coordinating catering, fleeting management, and purchasing orders
- Assisting job managers with preparing and issuing invoices to clients, receiving and entering creditor invoices into time and cost system


What you need to succeed


- 2–3 years of project coordination or project administration experience, especially within project documentation and working across multiple different teams (can be any industry)
- Strong administrative and IT skills, especially across the Microsoft Office suite
- Clients are the pinnacle and upmost focus of this business, so proven success in project delivery, ability to work within timeframes and to a high standard is essential.
- You will be deadline driven and have fantastic attention to detail
- Ability to communicate well, orally and written
- Be able to cope under pressure and in a fast-paced, varied environment
- Naturally uses initiative and able to build rapport and relationships with clientele and external stakeholders
- You are motivated and curious, wanting to excel and take pride in your work
