Your new role

As the Senior Business Analyst, you'll be evaluating the company’s business strategy, collaborating with stakeholders, and developing plans to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability. You'll bridge the gap between business and technical aspects, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals.

What you'll need to succeed

• Diverse Project Experience: With 5+ years as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst, draw from your rich project history. Share your insights and lessons learnt from working on a wide variety of initiatives.
• Mentorship Mindset: Thrive on passing knowledge forward, you’ll find joy in guiding others. Whether it’s coaching junior analysts or imparting wisdom to those learning the craft, your mentorship will be invaluable.
• Effective Communication: Your curiosity and passion should shine through in your communication. Whether addressing stakeholders, team members, or executives, ensure your messages are engaging and impactful.
• Strategic Planning: As a Senior BA, you’ll lead and manage the completion of business analysis tasks. Plan strategically, assess deliverables’ impact, and negotiate priorities with stakeholders. Ensure everyone on the project team understands the initiative’s objectives and close projects effectively.
