Your new role

  • Join a thriving team who support external clients and the operations of the business
  • Answering inbound queries via phone and email, processing orders, preparing quotes and following up with customers for feedback
  • Office based with no work from home option
  • Meeting clients face-to-face
  • Monday-Friday 8 hours (can be flexible on start times)

What you'll need to succeed

  • Customer service and ideally sales experience
  • A can-do attitude
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Ambition to succeed and progress
