Are you a Project Coordinator with experience working within the commercial property or construction industry looking for a new contract? I'm currently seeking 2 experienced Project Coordinators to join a well established team in the next 3–6 weeks for 6 months.

Your new role

Role 1: Senior Project Coordinator - Working on several fund projects - journaling, reconciliations, guidance notes, managing and updating project information, scheduling, managing budgets and handover points, project closure documentation, financial system updates, reporting.

Role 2: Project Coordinator - Drafting procurement plans, providing technical documents to present to the market, managing timeframes and setting clear expectations around date of readiness, internal and external stakeholder engagement, obtaining feedback for procurement plans such as H&S and technical services, procurement, contract management, ongoing project administrative support, minute taking.

What you'll need to succeed

• You will have proven experience in commercial property/construction as a Project Coordinator or Assistant Project Manager.

• Excellent stakeholder and relationship management.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage working under pressure.

• Rights to work in New Zealand.
