You will be in charge of:

Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of major external partner connectivity initiatives.

• Focus on designing and delivering change management and business readiness.
• Enhance digital connectivity to various platforms.
• Redesign processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Enhance customer experiences through innovative changes.

What you'll need to succeed

• 3–5 years of experience in managing change in a business environment.
• Experience in delivering change initiatives in a business environment.
• Some experience in designing and delivering change management and business readiness strategies.
• Experience in working with digital platforms or in digital transformation projects.
• Some experience in process redesign and improvement.
• Experience in enhancing customer experiences would be beneficial.
• Prior experience in a team lead role would be advantageous.
• Experience in the insurance industry or financial services could be beneficial.
