We are seeking a reliable and organised Operations Coordinator to assist with the management of daily logistics and activities. You will assist in making sure the organisation runs smoothly, deadlines are met, and to handle any administrative tasks as required.
Your new role
As the new Operations Coordinator, your main duties will include but are not be limited to:
- Facilitating cross-channel feedback from customers and employees to management and executive teams.
- Working closely with team leaders, managers, and department heads to understand departmental needs and goals.
- Ensuring that all activities conform to local, federal, industry, and company standards.
- Observing, reviewing, and analysing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Identifying and resolving any problems in the production process.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous work experience as an Operations Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing, and active listening.
- A valid New Zealand driving license
