Your new role

You will be working as an Accountant, either at the intermediate or senior level. Your responsibilities will vary depending on your experience, but all of your role will be centred around a mix of compliance and advisory tasks for a variety of clients. This will include preparation of financial statements, GST FBT and other tax returns, and assisting with budgeting and tax planning.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need experience working within a chartered accountancy environment, and have a good amount of experience at the level you are currently working at, either ready to step up or at the top of your game at that level. You will need either a BCom or similar level of education, and ideally be on your way to or at chartered status. You will be in Invercargill, or open to a relocation there in order to further your career. A discussion around relocation support can be had.
