Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Wellington CBD
Position Type: Temporary (3-4 Months)

We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Executive Assistant to support a Senior Management Team of five. This temporary position requires a proactive individual with a proven track record in executive support roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary Management: Efficiently manage and coordinate the schedules of five senior managers based in Wellington and Auckland.
  • Travel Booking: Arrange domestic travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Minute Taking: Accurately record minutes during meetings and distribute them promptly.
  • Report Writing: Prepare and compile reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Governance Support: Coordinate Management and PAB meetings. Prepare documents and reports. Maintain management registers.
  • Office Management: Oversee office supplies. Liaise with vendors

Qualifications & Attributes Required:

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant, ideally supporting multiple individuals.
  • Experience within the construction industry would be desirable.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
