Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Wellington CBD
Position Type: Temporary (3-4 Months)
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Executive Assistant to support a Senior Management Team of five. This temporary position requires a proactive individual with a proven track record in executive support roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary Management: Efficiently manage and coordinate the schedules of five senior managers based in Wellington and Auckland.
- Travel Booking: Arrange domestic travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Minute Taking: Accurately record minutes during meetings and distribute them promptly.
- Report Writing: Prepare and compile reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Governance Support: Coordinate Management and PAB meetings. Prepare documents and reports. Maintain management registers.
- Office Management: Oversee office supplies. Liaise with vendors
Qualifications & Attributes Required:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant, ideally supporting multiple individuals.
- Experience within the construction industry would be desirable.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
