About the Role:
We are recruiting for a leading painting and decorating company to find an experienced Painting Foreman for their team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to oversee a variety of exciting residential and commercial projects.
You will be responsible for:
  • Managing on site operations to ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Leading a team of painters, promoting quality and efficiency.
  • Maintaining high standards in Health and Safety practices.
  • Interpreting plans and specifications to deliver top-tier painting results.
What We're Looking For:
We’re seeking a hands-on leader with:
  • Proven experience as a Painting Foreman or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of residential and commercial painting techniques.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality finishes.
  • Leadership and communication skills to inspire and manage a team.
  • A focus on Health and Safety compliance.
  • Reliable transport and flexibility to work on-site as required.
