Your new role

As a Strategic Partnership Manager, you will be the face of the company in the market, working closely with the Product, Underwriting, Marketing, and Operations teams. Your primary focus will be on maintaining and developing key relationships with licensees, brokers, and advisers across New Zealand, ensuring strong retention outcomes and rebuilding trust within the adviser market.

What you'll need to succeed

To excel in this role, you will need a proven track record in business development and relationship management within the New Zealand life insurance industry. You should have strong knowledge of life insurance underwriting, product value chains, and market dynamics.
