• Engage and build relationships with potential leads via outbound chat, Instagram, TikTok, and email.
• Qualify leads based on their travel timeline, financial readiness, and passion for life-changing experiences.
• Use the A—B Method to uncover client pain points and help them visualise their dream working holiday or volunteer adventure.
• Maintain a consistent follow-up system, ensuring leads move through the sales funnel.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align outbound strategies with ongoing campaigns.
• Track and report on lead qualification metrics, providing feedback to improve the customer journey.
• Build rapport with followers by answering DMs, initiating conversations, and nurturing relationships.
• Collect video and written testimonials from past participants to inspire future travellers.
