As a Technical Change Lead, you will spearhead technical release deployment activities in complex environments. You will manage the software development lifecycle, release management, and deployment processes, ensuring seamless integration and execution. Your role will involve scripting and automation for deployment, managing multiple concurrent projects, and liaising effectively with development, operations, and business teams. You will also handle version control systems and CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot deployment issues, and maintain accuracy throughout the deployment process.

• Proven experience in leading technical release deployment activities in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, release management, and deployment processes.
• Proficiency in scripting languages and automation tools for deployment purposes.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple deployments concurrently.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with development, operations, and business teams.
• Experience with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Desirable Technology Experience:
  • Coordinating or managing changes within an ITIL-aligned Change Management System.
  • Using knowledge and collaboration management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
  • Leveraging enterprise and network management tools like Cramer and OpManager for change impact assessments.
