About the Role
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers across Australia and New Zealand. Your primary focus will be handling enquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Whether assisting with transactions, troubleshooting issues, or offering product guidance, you'll play a vital role in making each interaction efficient and valuable.

Location: Christchurch, NZ
Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Central Christchurch branch)

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering calls and assisting customers with product enquiries
  • Responding to enquiries via phone and email
  • Resolving complaints professionally and effectively
  • Providing accurate product and service information
  • Processing transactions, including orders, returns, and account management
  • Maintaining customer records and ensuring data accuracy
  • Following up with customers to guarantee satisfaction
  • Collaborating with internal teams (sales, technical support, etc.)
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in customer service, customer care, or administration (experience in warranty, insurance, or construction is a bonus)
  • Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to actively listen and build rapport
  • Adaptable, resilient, and team-oriented
  • Experience with CRM systems and email management
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
  • Patience and empathy to handle various customer concerns
