We are looking for a friendly, proactive, technically minded and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our clients’ team in the Bay of Plenty. You'll be the first point of contact for our retail partners and customers, providing exceptional support and helping deliver the premium experience our brands are known for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
- Process orders, returns, and claims with accuracy
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve issues and ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to offer expert advice
- Support the wider team when needed

- A strong understanding and sound knowledge of all things golf from your own experiences is essential.
- Previous customer service experience (ideally in sport or e-commerce)
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Comfortable with order systems and Microsoft Office
- A team player with a great work ethic
