Tō tūranga hou | Your new role

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing their schedule, prioritising appointments, communications, meetings, travel events and emails.

  • Preparation of PowerPoint presentations and supporting documentation

  • Perform other duties and tasks, as requested from time to time, to maintain a smooth and effective service

  • Draft and edit correspondence on behalf of the CEO, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and professionalism

  • Management and delivery of company communication for internal stakeholders

Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed

  • Meticulous attention to detail, from proofreading documents and scheduling appointments to managing expenses and coordinating travel arrangements

  • 5 years prior experience working as an Executive Assistant at a senior executive level

  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, especially phone skills and including an ability to write for a variety of audiences

  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders

  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills

  • Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
