Your new role

They are on the lookout for a Senior Salesforce Consultant to take ownership of our Salesforce ecosystem, guiding strategic enhancements, mentoring internal teams, and ensuring we stay ahead of every Salesforce release. If you're passionate about optimisation, automation, and enabling business success through technology—this is your role.

What you'll do

• Proactively manage and implement Salesforce seasonal releases and platform updates.
• Assess the maturity of our Salesforce org and recommend scalable customisations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Design and build insightful dashboards and reports to support data-driven decisions.
• Lead the development of Salesforce Flows and automation to streamline operations.
• Manage and optimise Email-to-Case functionality for improved customer service.
• Mentor and upskill existing Salesforce Admins to elevate internal capabilities.
• Evaluate and integrate Salesforce with internal systems using APIs and middleware.
• Contribute to technical architecture and long-term platform strategy.

What you need to do

• Proven experience as a Senior Salesforce Admin or Consultant.
• Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Industries Cloud (especially Financial Services or Insurance).
• Experience with Salesforce cloud and advanced automation tools.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce release cycles and best practices for org maintenance.
• Ability to assess platform maturity and recommend appropriate levels of customisation.
• Expertise in reporting, dashboards, and business analysis.
• Experience with SSO, Active Directory, and system integrations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.

Duration - 6-month contract (with potential extension)
