About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to support their team. This is a full-time, office-based role that combines general administration with project coordination, invoicing, and health & safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to project managers and site teams
  • Assist with project coordination and scheduling
  • Manage invoicing, purchase orders, and supplier communications
  • Maintain and update health & safety records and documentation
  • Ensure accurate data entry and reporting using Excel and internal systems
  • Support the smooth running of the office and day-to-day operations

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in an administrative role (construction industry experience highly desirable)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general systems proficiency
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
