About the Role
Our client is
seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to support their team.
This is a full-time, office-based role that combines general administration
with project coordination, invoicing, and health & safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative
support to project managers and site teams
- Assist with project
coordination and scheduling
- Manage invoicing, purchase
orders, and supplier communications
- Maintain and update health
& safety records and documentation
- Ensure accurate data entry
and reporting using Excel and internal systems
- Support the smooth running of
the office and day-to-day operations
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in an
administrative role (construction industry experience highly desirable)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft
Excel and general systems proficiency
- Excellent communication and
organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and
prioritise in a busy environment
- A team player with a
positive, can-do attitude
