Tō tūranga hou | Your new role

Reporting to the Risk & Compliance manager, your new role will encompass:

• Conducting regular site inspections at key construction milestones (e.g., under slab, cladding, pre-line, final fit-out)
• Performing snagging and defecting as homes are completed
• Building strong relationships with site managers and consultants
• Supporting the development of internal quality control systems
• Delivering training sessions to upskill internal teams on construction quality
• Reporting on quality assurance outcomes and ensuring compliance with frameworks

Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 10 years experience in site management, ideally in residential

• Proven experience in delivering projects through the entire lifecycle of the build

• Strong understanding of NZ Building codes and H&S legislation

• LBP Qualification or relevant construction qualifications

• Proven audit and reporting capabilities

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
