Reporting to the Risk & Compliance manager, your new role will encompass:
Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 10 years experience in site management, ideally in residential
Proven experience in delivering projects through the entire lifecycle of the build
Strong understanding of NZ Building codes and H&S legislation
LBP Qualification or relevant construction qualifications
Proven audit and reporting capabilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
