We are currently looking for two AI Engineers for a 6-month contract. One role is a Generative AI Engineer and the other one is AI Agent Engineer.

Generative AI Engineer: you will be instrumental in translating cutting-edge AI research into practical, scalable solutions. Your focus will be on connecting the client's AI capabilities to the wealth of knowledge across their enterprise. You will be the go-to expert for integrating their AI agents with key business systems like SharePoint, Confluence, ServiceNow, and Snowflake, making our AI more intelligent, context-aware, and useful.

AI Agent Engineer: you will become a specialist in the client's cutting-edge Agentforce platform. Your role is instrumental in accelerating their AI capabilities by sharing the engineering load and creating headroom for deep strategic work. You will focus on the full lifecycle of AI agent development, including building robust platform components, developing frameworks for testing and governance, and enabling teams across the business to leverage this new technology.

Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed

• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python.

• Deep understanding of GenAI concepts, especially Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns and language model integration.

• Experience with machine learning frameworks and a strong understanding of the AI development lifecycle.

• In-depth knowledge of API development and a strong capability in integrating complex AI systems within existing technological frameworks.

• Hands-on experience integrating with enterprise systems such as SharePoint, Confluence, ServiceNow, MS Copilot Studio or similar

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, OpenAI) and their AI services

• Experience with Salesforce is viewed favourably; direct experience with Agentforce would be a significant advantage.
