This is a permanent role in which you will have the responsibility to be over the end-user platforms.

-Specialist in end-user computing (windows, Mac, mobile device platforms and VDI)

-Know endpoint management and MDM tools such as Intune, Jamf and airwatch
-Worked with ticketing systems like service now and Jira.
-Endpoint security and compliance frameworks
-Monitoring and reporting tools like defender and SCCM.
