Tō tūranga hou | Your new role
Reporting to the Director, you will have a lot of input into the business growth and the autonomy to build the role around your expertise. You will manage multiple townhouse projects from end-to-end, making sure they are delivered on time and within budget.
Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Developing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinating with architects, engineers, and consultants during the design and consent phases.
- Obtaining necessary building consents and approvals from local councils
- Selecting and managing subcontractors and setting up trade accounts
- Supervise daily site operations, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards
- Oversee final inspections and quality assurance checks.
- Prepare handover documentation for a smooth transition

- 5+ years’ project management experience with townhouses or residential developments
- A proven track record of successfully managing project delivery from end to end
- Able to take charge, work with a high level of autonomy and make decisions!
- Knowledge of the NZS3910 suite of contracts
- Ideally a LBP or Trade background
