As a Senior Experience Strategist, you will

• Lead a user-centred design process for a complex internal system
• Conduct in-depth research and synthesise insights
• Create and communicate service design artefacts (e.g. blueprints, systems maps)
• Facilitate collaborative workshops and co-design activities
• Build relationships across functions to ensure alignment and traction

• 5+ years of applied design experience in large organisation

• Strong user research moderation skills

• Skilled in facilitation and co-design

• Proficient in service design practices

• Service design case studies from complex projects
• Evidence of stakeholder alignment and influence
• Research outputs that led to real-world impact
