• Facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement

• Conducting data analysis and identifying trends across ITSM processes

• Mapping processes and validating business requirements

• Supporting documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles

• Collaborating with vendors and internal teams to ensure alignment and delivery

Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in product/platform/service definition and process mapping

• Strong analytical and documentation skills

• Familiarity with ITIL service management and transition practices

• Ability to lead workshops and negotiate outcomes with ICT and security stakeholders

• Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to work autonomously or in a team

• Experience in Agile methodologies and context switching

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Mandatory : Current Confidential (C) security clearance
