We are currently seeking an experienced Desktop Support Analyst for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role sits within a busy IT support team, providing day-to-day technical assistance across multiple government departments. You’ll be responsible for resolving complex IT issues, delivering outstanding customer service, and ensuring smooth operation of desktop services.

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant IT support experience
  • Strong technical knowledge across Windows 10/11, M365, and Autopilot
  • Advanced skills in Intune, iOS support, and end-user hardware troubleshooting
  • Intermediate experience with SCCM, Azure AD, Exchange, and video conferencing tools
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for technology
  • Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively within a team
