Part-Time Administrator – Construction Industry (Wellington Based) 20–30 hours per week | Flexible schedule
Are you an organised multitasker with a knack for admin and a background in construction? We are working with a busy, well-established construction company based in Wellington, and we’re on the hunt for a capable Part-Time Administrator to help keep our operations running smoothly.
What you’ll be doing:
Handling general administrative duties to support day-to-day operations
Processing invoices and maintaining accurate financial records
Communicating with suppliers and coordinating deliveries
Keeping health and safety records up to date
Monitoring compliance across projects and supporting reporting
What we’re looking for:
Experience in a construction or trade-based environment is highly desirable
Strong attention to detail and proven organisational skills
Familiarity with invoice systems, supplier coordination, and H&S documentation
Professional communication skills—both written and verbal
Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member
