Part-Time Administrator

Part-Time Administrator – Construction Industry (Wellington Based) 20–30 hours per week | Flexible schedule
Are you an organised multitasker with a knack for admin and a background in construction? We are working with a busy, well-established construction company based in Wellington, and we’re on the hunt for a capable Part-Time Administrator to help keep our operations running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Handling general administrative duties to support day-to-day operations
  • Processing invoices and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Communicating with suppliers and coordinating deliveries
  • Keeping health and safety records up to date
  • Monitoring compliance across projects and supporting reporting

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in a construction or trade-based environment is highly desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and proven organisational skills
  • Familiarity with invoice systems, supplier coordination, and H&S documentation
  • Professional communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member
