• Developing and configuring applications with a focus on low-code platforms.
• Supporting and integrating enterprise systems to ensure reliability and performance.
• Enhancing user experiences through automation and thoughtful design.
• Advising on best practices and contributing to technical standards.
• Collaborating across teams to align technology with strategic goals.
• Ensuring data privacy and security across all solutions.

• Lead development and integration efforts using platforms like PowerApps, Power Automate, and SSIS.
• Ensure applications are supportable, secure, and aligned with service expectations.
• Provide expert advice and mentorship within your domain.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement through automation and strategic thinking. Work closely with stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.

Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed

• A tertiary qualification in IT, business, or equivalent experience.
• At least 6 years in a senior engineering or development role.
• Strong experience in application development and integration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive approach to change.
• Strategic insight into IT operations, ideally within education or public sector environments.
  
  You may specialise in one of the following areas:

• Deep knowledge of Power Platform and Dynamics 365 environments.
• Experience with Power Automate and low-code development tools.
• Familiarity with C# and integration best practices.
  
  Integration Expert with SSIS Skills
• Strong background in API-based integrations and data pipelines.
• Proficiency in SSIS and SQL.
• Understanding of data management and integration principles.
