Tō tūranga hou | Your new role

As the ERP Project Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end implementation of a Tier 1 or Tier 2 ERP system across a mid-to large-scale organisation. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage project scope, timelines, and budgets, and ensure successful integration of HRIS and finance systems. A key part of your role will be engaging respectfully with iwi and hapū, embedding tikanga Māori into project delivery, and aligning outcomes with organisational goals.

Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience leading full-cycle ERP implementations.
• Familiarity with Tier 1 or Tier 2 ERP systems.
• Exposure to HRIS systems and finance processes, or experience as a Finance Business Analyst.
• Strong project leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A deep understanding of tikanga Māori and the ability to engage respectfully with iwi and hapū.
• Experience working within or alongside Te Ao Māori environments is highly desirable.
