Tō tūranga hou | Your new role

As a Project Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering end-to-end project solutions—from strategic planning and stakeholder engagement to execution and handover.

• Lead and manage projects across the commercial construction sector
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
• Drive risk management and problem-solving initiatives

Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed

• 8+ years of project management experience in construction or property consultancy
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
• Relevant tertiary qualification in construction, engineering, or project management
• Proven experience across 3910 contracts
