Ministerial servicing and official correspondence processes and supporting the delivery of the full range of ministerial servicing products.
Working with the office of a Minister, summarising complex issues and developing evidence-based advice and recommendations.
Proven ability to develop trust and credibility with boards, managers and staff.

The ability to think strategically, seeing issues through a range of perspectives and recognises the broader implications and connections between issues.
Sound knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation, rules, and regulations associated with ministerial servicing and official correspondence functions.
Strong understanding of public policy, legislative functions and processes, machinery of government and how to work effectively across central government agencies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, succinctly communicating complex ideas with an eye for detail and a high level of accuracy.
