You will be one of 3 application analysts on the team which you will be focusing on the Microsoft Dynamics application.

Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 2 years in a similar role
• Strong technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, including development of Plugin Assemblies, Web Resources and Dataverse Customisations
• The ability to configure Dynamics 365 CE to an intermediate to expert level, including - form customisations, workflow, Power Automate, Power Apps.
• Proven experience in customer relationship systems (both Dynamics 365 and integrated phone solution)
• Strong problem-solving communication skills with the ability to communicate well with a wide range of people
• Provide guidance or training to users, including enhanced levels of support following new/updated software releases.
