We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Foreman to carry out our maintenance projects across a variety of residential and commercial properties. This hands-on leadership role involves coordinating day-to-day maintenance activities, ensuring high standards of workmanship, and fostering a safe and productive work environment.

About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for:
- Overseeing and participating in general building maintenance and repairs, from renovations to general maintenance.
- Scheduling and carrying out maintenance work to a high standard
- Liaising with clients, homeowners, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
- Reporting and documentation of maintenance activities
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in building maintenance and carpentry, with a wide range of skills.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Proficiency with tools and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and plans
- Health & safety conscious and physically fit
- Trade qualification in carpentry (LBP an advantage but not essential).
- Full driving licence.
