We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Foreman to carry out our maintenance projects across a variety of residential and commercial properties. This hands-on leadership role involves coordinating day-to-day maintenance activities, ensuring high standards of expertise, and fostering a safe and productive work environment.

Tō tūranga hou | Your new role

You will be overseeing and participating in general building maintenance and repairs from renovations to general maintenance.
Scheduling and carrying out maintenance work to a high standard
Liaising with clients, homeowners, subcontractors, and internal teams
Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
Reporting and documentation of maintenance activities

Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience in building maintenance and carpentry, with a wide range of skills.
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
Proficiency with tools and equipment
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and plans
Health & safety conscious
Trade qualification in carpentry (LBP an advantage but not essential).
Full driving licence.
