My client is looking for a highly organised and analytical Finance Operations Officer to support the smooth and efficient running of their financial processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy of financial data, compliance with internal controls, and timely execution of operational finance tasks.

Tō tūranga hou | Your new role

As the finance operations officer, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance function.

• Oversee daily financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliations
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Maintain and improve financial systems and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve financial queries

• Proven experience in a finance operation or accounting role
