• Leading and managing a team of Application Analysts that specialise in M365, D365, ServiceNow and information/records.
• Manage critical incidents, and ensure the resourcing, processes and tools are created and maintained in order to meet demand and continuously improve applications services for TEC
• Broaden the portfolio distribution so all applications/roles would have back up and support from at least one other person
• Develop core product roadmaps and design implementation strategies to meet business requirements.
• Manage product portfolios, product backlogs and continuous improvement plans for core business applications.
